Procedure
- Each year the membership elects Board Members to serve a two-year term
- On August 26, 2021, an email was sent to all Designated Representatives requesting nominations for five (5) open board seats to be received by September 24, 2021
- The OPC Foundation received six (6) nominations
- The ballot was sent electronically to all Designated Representatives on November 1, 2021 with a deadline for voting of December 6, 2021
- An individual profile of each candidate was posted on the OPC Foundation web site and a link was included with the ballot
